1. Our Commitment At Mirror Ad Diction ("we," "us," "our"), we are committed to transparency and fairness in all our dealings with our valued clients ("Advertisers") and partners. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Mirror Ad Diction may issue refunds. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and any specific Service Agreement entered into for advertising services.

2. Pre-Sale Advertising Commitments Mirror Ad Diction may, from time to time, offer advertising packages on a pre-sale basis to help fund the launch and expansion of our advertising network in Plymouth and surrounding local areas (e.g., for the initial deployment of 40 screens).

Failure to Launch Initial Network/Meet Pre-Sale Objectives: If Mirror Ad Diction is unable to launch the specific initial network for which pre-sale funds were collected (e.g., the first 40 screens in Plymouth) by a clearly communicated projected launch date (allowing for reasonable, communicated delays), or if a pre-defined minimum pre-sale funding goal required for such launch is not met and we decide not to proceed with that specific initial network deployment as planned, Advertisers who have made pre-sale payments for that specific unlaunched network will be entitled to a full refund of their pre-paid amounts.

Communication: In such circumstances, Mirror Ad Diction will communicate directly with all affected pre-sale Advertisers regarding the situation and the refund process.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment where possible, within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 30 business days) following the official notification that the service will not proceed as initially offered in the pre-sale.

3. Ongoing Advertising Services (Post-Launch)

General Policy: Once advertising services have commenced and are being delivered as per the agreed package (e.g., Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze), fees for services rendered are generally non-refundable. As outlined in our Legal Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions, Mirror Ad Diction does not guarantee specific advertising results, sales, leads, or return on investment from campaigns.

Service Non-Delivery by Mirror Ad Diction:

If, due to technical failures or errors directly attributable to Mirror Ad Diction (excluding circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as prolonged power outages affecting multiple venues or issues with a venue partner's premises), we fail to deliver a significant portion of the agreed advertising plays within a specific billing period, we are committed to providing a fair remedy.

This remedy will typically be in the form of:

"Make-Good" Advertising Plays: Providing equivalent advertising plays at a later time or extending the campaign duration to compensate for the undelivered portion.

Pro-Rata Credit or Refund: At our discretion, a pro-rata credit towards future services or a pro-rata refund for the specific portion of the service that was not delivered may be considered.

Advertisers must notify Mirror Ad Diction in writing of any suspected significant service non-delivery within [e.g., 7 days] of the end of the relevant billing period.

Advertiser-Initiated Cancellations:

Monthly Packages: If an Advertiser on a month-to-month package wishes to cancel their service, they must provide [e.g., 30 days] written notice as per their Service Agreement. No refunds will typically be issued for the notice period or any portion of a month for which service has already been paid and made available. Service will continue until the end of the paid period covered by the notice.

Multi-Month Discounted Packages (Paid Upfront): If an Advertiser has committed to and pre-paid for a multi-month package (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months) at a discounted rate, the specific terms for early cancellation and any potential partial refund (which may involve forfeiture of the discount applied) will be detailed in their individual Service Agreement. Generally, such pre-paid discounted packages are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the Service Agreement or as required by law.
